Mycash terms and conditions

Any use by you of the services provided by MyCash constitutes your acceptance of this contract and its provisions, and therefore you should not use the system if you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this contract.
MyCash reserves the right to change, modify or remove any part of these terms. Here it is the responsibility to read the terms and conditions of use carefully before using the service. Review them periodically if there are any updates to these terms.
MyCash reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add or make any changes in any of the services provided as the Company deems necessary for improvement.
By registering, you agree to provide accurate information to MyCash and to update it periodically. You will also be responsible for maintaining the security of your passwords.

MyCash has the right to refuse to provide the service or terminate the contract at any time and at our sole discretion. For example, MyCash has the right to cancel or terminate your account if you do any of the following (but not limited to):

Violate or breach any of the terms and conditions by failing to pay when due.
If you use the service incorrectly, MyCash is not obligated to provide prior notice of cancellation of the contract.
This agreement complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The settlement of any dispute or claim arising from these terms is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted in accordance with them.
If some parts of our Services are provided by a third party, they will also be subject to their terms and conditions of service.
MyCash grants you access to a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, irrevocable license to access and use our Services for as long as you subscribe to the Services.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect and use personal information. By using our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms. If you do not agree to this policy, you must not use our Service.
You may not assert any claims of any kind against the Company, its directors, agents or employees in any way related to use of the Service. Whereas May does not provide any guarantees regarding the services.
By using our Services, you agree that you will not use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose or manner. You have the right to cancel your account, subscription, or Agreement (if any) at any time. Termination may become effective immediately by disabling your use of the Service.
When you register for the first time, you have the right to a 7-day trial period whether you decide to continue your use of the service or cancel it.
MyCash is obligated to provide its users with lessons and educational materials that help you use the Services. If you require a coaching session, additional fees will apply.
Content available through the Services includes all information, content, data, logos, marks, interfaces, designs, graphics, images, audio files and other files, and their selection and arrangement. All of the above is called MyCash Content. While all the content you provide is called User Content. The Company has the right to access User Content to ensure that you receive the services provided by MyCash and to maintain the security of the Services
You are responsible for the data and User Content. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for this, or for any loss or damage it may cause to you.
Your or any other people’s User Content. We do not claim any ownership interest or rights in your User Content except as set forth in the Terms, but we do need the right to use your User Content to the extent necessary to provide the Services, now and in the future.
All Content (other than User Content) and all software available on the Services or used to create and operate the Services, and all intellectual property rights, including patents, invention rights, copyrights and related rights, trademarks, service marks, business names, domain names and related rights, good faith and the right to sue. In order to pass confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets), rights in designs, rights to databases, rights to use them and protect their confidentiality, and all other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, including all applications and rights to submit applications for renewal or extension. , and the rights to claim priority, and these rights and all similar rights or protections that will now or in the future subsist in any part of the world, are the property of the Company or its licensors.
MyCash may give notice by sending a general notice about the Service, by sending an e-mail to your mailing address on file with your MyCash account information, or by mailing a letter to your address on record in your MyCash account information.
