The following is the payment and refund policy agreed upon and announced by MyCash Company and users of MyCash services, and it is considered effective immediately upon registration in the MyCash system..
Payment and refund policy:
MyCash reserves the right to impose new fees for using the service. In such cases, you will be informed and have the right to continue or terminate the contract. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of current prices for services provided. Since there will be no refunds paid by MyCash, once the subscription fees are incurred.

By agreeing to these user terms, you agree that you are eligible to access the data provided in the MyCash system associated with your active account and paid subscription, and that failure to pay the amounts due from you will lead to obstructing your use of the service and the data provided on it.
You have the right to close your account at any time, but you will remain responsible for any unpaid subscription as well as any other fees already incurred. MyCash will not issue refunds for amounts previously charged through our services once you close your account.
In some cases, we may not allow you to close your account for the following reasons:
In the event that there are open or pending purchase or payment transactions.
In the event that you owe money to MyCash due to your use of the Services.
You can close your account by contacting info@mycash.sa, or directly with your sales unit in the MyCash system.
